Key Responsibilities of the RN - ICU - Intensive Care Unit

• Administer and manage ventilators, Swans, Impellas, and Balloon pumps
• Provide expert care for critical patients with 1:1 or 1:2 ratios
• Perform procedures such as intubation, central lines, bronchoscopy, EVDs, ICP monitoring, Swan, and Pacers
• Ensure excellent customer service and patient care

Requirements of the RN - ICU - Intensive Care Unit

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Lack of ICU experience will disqualify candidates
• Preferred Level 1 or 2 trauma and CV surgery experience
