We’re hiring a Licensed Clinical Therapist to join an on-site employee health center for a major global beverage company in Milwaukee, WI . You'll provide behavioral health care to employees and eligible dependents in a collaborative, integrated healthcare environment.

⭐ Schedule

Monday–Thursday: 7:30 AM–5:00 PM
Friday: 7:30 AM–11:30 AM
No evenings or weekends!

What You’ll Do

• Provide individual, couples, family, and group counseling
• Treat concerns including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, substance use, relationship issues, grief, stress, and other behavioral health needs
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and establish patient goals
• Utilize evidence-based interventions such as CBT, ACT, DBT, EMDR, Written Exposure Therapy, and CAMS as appropriate
• Provide crisis intervention and suicide risk assessment and prevention
• Coordinate referrals and collaborate with the broader clinical care team
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation

What We’re Looking For

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field
• Active independent clinical license , such as LCSW, LPC, LPCC, LMHC, LMFT, LCPC, or equivalent accepted under state requirements
• LMSW alone is not accepted
• 4+ years of relevant behavioral health experience
• Experience treating a broad range of behavioral and mental health concerns
• Experience with crisis management, suicide prevention, abuse reporting, and culturally competent care
• Integrated behavioral health experience preferred
• CAMS certification or ability to obtain within 12 months of hire
