Every day, our colleagues are challenging what’s possible and making headway to innovate new treatment pathways to advance patient outcomes and set new standards of care.Job DescriptionSUMMARY DESCRIPTIONThe Consolidations Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the consolidations process, inclusive of leading a team of senior accountants who prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, as well as audited financial statements.SUPERVISION RECEIVEDUnder direct supervision of the Controller of Financial Reporting.SUPERVISION EXERCISEDSupervises accounting specialists and senior accountantsESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.Primary responsibilities are to:Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial consolidations processPrepare consolidated financial statements in accordance with US GAAP (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Statement of Cash Flows, Statement of Stockholder’s Equity etc.)Review and analyze consolidated results, providing variance analysis and executive level reportingProvide support for 10Q and 10K SEC Filings (financial statements, footnotes, financial summaries, graphs, MD&A, Tie out review etc.)Manage a team of 2-4 accountants. Ensure that each accountant is provided the required training and support to effectively perform their assigned tasksReview and approve general ledger activity, including journal entries and account reconciliations for designated entitiesEnsure that procedures and policies are in place to effectively reconcile all accounts on a timely basis and to comply with all stated requirements of SOX 404Drive process improvements and automation within the consolidation and close cycleLead the global transfer pricing process; coordinate across finance and tax teams to ensure alignmentCoordinate with internal and external auditors in planning and reviewing interim year-end audit requirementsCommunicate with other cross functional teams including Tax, FP&A, Treasury and Accounting.Collaborate with the tax department on any legal entity restructuring activities (transfers, liquidations, and mergers)Other tasks and special projects, as assignedDESIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSThe requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required for his position.Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required.Certifications: None required, CPA a plus.Experience: 5+ years of corporate and/or public accounting experience, with at least 2 of those years managing a team and reviewing their work.Strong computer skills; Experience with Oracle, OneStream, and/or Workiva systems a plus.Highly organized and detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and completenessDemonstrated analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial dataStrong problem-solving skills with ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutionsEffective communicator, both written and verbalProactive and process-improvement mindsetThis is a hybrid full-time position based at our Princeton, NJ headquarters, requiring on-site presence Tuesday through Thursday.Salary Pay Range:Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by several factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for bonus, commission, equity or other variable compensation.
