Physician - Pediatric Hospitalist

Pediatric HospitalistThe Pediatric Hospitalist is responsible for managing the care of hospitalized pediatric patients. The provider will have patient encounters with 5-10 patients per shift. The role requires pediatric airway management and sedation competency. The physician will perform procedures including central line insertions and intubations for newborns and pediatric patients. Qualifications include ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications. The candidate should have experience in ventilation management preferred for acute and chronic cases. EKG interpretation skills are essential. Candidates should be board certified or eligible for certification. The facility operates with a low trauma level in a pediatric setting.
