Job Details Job Location: Southbridge, MA 01550 Position Type: Regular Part-Time Education Level: High School Diploma/GED/HiSET Salary Range: $20.50 - $24.50 Hourly Job Shift: Overnight Awake (Weekends &/or Weekdays) Job Category: DSP & DSP Supervisors Direct Support Professional II - Awake Overnight Pay Pay: $20.50-$24.50/awake hours (see below for range details) ; $17.50/asleep hours Starting pay is $20.50/hour, with additional differentials based on location and qualifications. Cape-based programs offer a $1/hour differential. Martha’s Vineyard programs offer a $4/hour differential, with the exception of the Franklin Street program, which offers $3/hour. An additional $1/hour differential is available for employees with active MAP certification, except at non–Franklin Street programs on Martha’s Vineyard. All asleep hours are paid at a flat rate of $17.50/hour. Accompany individuals to appointments and ensure overall health and well-being. Maintain accurate documentation and data collection to track progress and outcomes.
