Customer Service Representative / Receptionist (Bilingual Preferred)

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support our insurance agency. This role is responsible for greeting clients, answering and directing phone calls, assisting with policy service requests, processing documentation, and providing exceptional customer service. Reception duties include managing front desk operations, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a welcoming office environment.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Customer service experience preferred
• Basic computer and office software proficiency
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required or strongly preferred to effectively serve our diverse client base
• Insurance industry experience is a plus
