Key Qualifications:

• Current licensure or certification as a School Psychologist
• Experience conducting evaluations, assessments, and participating in IEP meetings
• Strong understanding of school-based psychological services and interventions
• Familiarity with developing and implementing behavior management plans
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to adapt to diverse caseloads and adjust approaches as needed
• Previous experience in educational settings preferred

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive psycho-educational assessments for students
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and related service providers to support student success
• Participate in multidisciplinary IEP teams, developing recommendations and reports
• Deliver direct and indirect counseling services to students, as appropriate
• Consult with families and school staff on student progress and intervention strategies
• Maintain clear, detailed documentation and comply with district, state, and federal guidelines
• Specific caseload details will be discussed during the interview
