The Role The Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) II is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable and reliable systems and applications. The role focuses on automation, monitoring, and incident response to ensure high system availability and performance. It collaborates with development teams and employs infrastructure‑as‑code principles, combining software development and system administration skills to enhance overall system reliability and efficiency. The SRE II also contributes to capacity planning, on‑call support, and documentation efforts within the organization. What Will You Do? Build and scale the technology infrastructure to meet rapidly increasing demand. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to launch new features and services. Deliver automation solutions for deployment, monitoring, management, and incident response. Develop and improve operational practices and procedures. Participate in incident response and resolution activities, including root cause analysis, to minimize downtime and prevent future occurrences. Coach junior colleagues in techniques, processes, and responsibilities. What Will You Bring? BA/BS degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline) is preferred but not mandatory. 4–6 years of experience in site reliability, DevOps, or systems engineering. Intermediate knowledge of cloud service operations, including data assurance, monitoring, alerting, and notifications. Intermediate knowledge of infrastructure‑as‑code. Intermediate knowledge of container and orchestration platforms. Intermediate knowledge of continuous integration and continuous delivery. Demonstrated ability to manage cloud native environments. Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills. Intermediate proficiency in a programming or scripting language (e.g., Python, Bash, or Go) and the ability to write and understand code for automating tasks. Pay Scale $130,000 – $145,000 Bonus This position is eligible for a bonus under the current bonus plan requirements.
