HDPE Project Manager

Project Manager (Industrial Plastics/HDPE) Location: La Porte, TX. Remote work arrangements may be considered for qualified candidates who live outside the local commuting area. Responsibilities Manage all aspects of a project from start to finish, ensuring it is completed on time and within budget. Recommend products and services that fit clients' business needs. Identify, develop, and gather resources to complete the project. Establish and maintain effective sales relationships with major accounts/customers. Monitor progress and performance against the project plan; resolve operational problems and minimize delays. Work directly with partners and clients to determine project scope, specifications, requirements, and perform calculations. Conduct project meetings and prepare regular reports to communicate the status of the project within and beyond the project team. Ensure timely delivery of supplies, materials, and equipment. Provide high-level assistance to program/project managers to ensure projects are carried out according to plan. Qualifications Experience in Industrial Inside Sales or Project Management (minimum 3–5 years preferred). Previous experience and/or knowledge of EPC business preferred. Knowledge of Industrial Plastics materials and processes. Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and focus on quality output. Ability to interpret, analyze and evaluate commercial and technical specifications. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PDF software. Strong organizational skills. Adaptability and flexibility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and coordinate several major activities simultaneously. Customer service oriented with excellent leadership and negotiation skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interaction with all levels of the organization. Team player with aptitude for multi-tasking, meeting deadlines, and building relationships with team members, vendors and customers. Pay Range $4,500.00 – $9,716.30 (monthly for salaried roles or hourly for other roles) – estimated ranges displayed. Bonus or incentive plan eligible.
