You will build a career that you are proud of, at a company you can believe in.Ferguson Industrial is currently seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Quotations Coordinator (Industrial Plastics/HDPE) to join our Industrial Managed Services team. This role is critical to supporting our Industrial business by developing competitive quotations and ensuring alignment with project specifications and customer expectations.The selected candidate will be required to work 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday.ResponsibilitiesYour specific duties as a Quotations Coordinator will include but is not limited to:Review and understand plans and specifications to assure material quoted complies with project requirementsDeveloping competitive quotations according to local market strategyMaintain profitable margins by utilizing preferred sourcing methodsEngage with Vendors to negotiate and obtain pricing in a timely mannerEstablish positive relationships with internal and external customers to receive accurate follow-up detailsEnsure accurate follow-up and documentation of quotation detailsQualifications2-3 years’ experience with quotations or inside sales requiredPrevious experience and/or knowledge of Industrial Plastics business preferredAdvanced proficiency with Office 365 required, applications, specifically Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and TeamsExcellent attention to detail, accuracy and focus on quality outputSelf-motivated, team and goal orientedHigh aptitude for working independently and self-managementAbility to effectively multi­task in a highly deadline driven environmentStrong organization and time management skillsAdvanced oral and written communication skillsAt Ferguson, we care for each other.
