Sales Consultant

McCarthy Chevrolet- Overland Park is growing fast and looking to add great talent to our already winning team! We are looking to add 2 experienced Sales Consultants to our dynamic team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build on their current automotive experience with a reputable, family owned company.
Compensation:
- Volume-based pay plan!
- Multiple additional bonus opportunities including: $1000 Fast Start Bonus, Salesperson of the Month, Hat Trick Bonus, and more!

Responsibilities:
- Go above and beyond to be consultative and solution oriented for our customers in their search for a new vehicle
- Establish and maintain relationships with new and returning customers.
- Show passion and excitement for the brand and products
- Drive sales performance through a variety of tools and resources in order to exceed goals
- Desire to continue specialized and specific brand and products
- Deliver top notch service to all customers
