Bilingual HR AssistantPay rate: $25.00. Duration: Length of assignment has not been defined yet but will be directly related to staffing needs of the business. Expect assignment to last through 12/31/26.Top skills: Bi-lingual (Spanish) Strong verbal and written communication skills (representing company brand) Organization, Multi-tasking MS Office Products (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, basic Excel).Responsible for creating and tracking various aspects of reporting requirements HR Administrative Assistant needs to have great communication and organizational skills. Duties include but not limited to:Provides administrative support to HR Manager as neededScreening applicants and scheduling conducting interviewsHelping new hires through onboarding processTranslate promotional recruiting material, recruiting flyers, work standards, instructions, etc.All other duties as assignedPrefers that the candidates have industry experience in Manufacturing but it is not required.Work Schedule & Hours/Days: Mon-Fri. (potentially on a Saturday for a job fair if needed) - 7 a.m. - 4 p.m.PPE Required: PPE is required while in the plant (safety glasses and ear plugs are provided by Bridgestone).
