The Mice Groups is seeking dynamic, highly motivated individuals to join our growing recruiting business in San Mateo. You'll be responsible for interviewing and qualifying candidates. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone looking to work in a staffing firm where they can be creative with marketing and sourcing. Come help us with the growing demand for talent in the Bay Area. Compensation is base salary + benefits + above industry average commission plan. You should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Source candidates in various disciplines such as software, IT, Engineering, Product, PMO, Finance/Accounting, Supplychain, marketing, sales, business operations, etc., to fill job listings through job boards, social media, networking, cold calling, and following through on leads Coordinate and conduct interviews to qualify candidates via Video or phone Maintain all candidate and client records through the administration of the applicant tracking system (Bullhorn) Communicate and collaborate with your team throughout the day Qualifications 1+ years of related experience, preferably in technology staffing at an agency Ability to communicate effectively and handle negotiations under limited supervision Ability to be resourceful and think outside the box when it comes to sourcing and recruiting candidates Computer-savvy and familiar with social media tools for recruiting Strong organizational and interpersonal skills Experience working with Microsoft Office suite #J-18808-Ljbffr The Mice Groups, Inc.
