Contingent Workforce Recruiter

Kforce has a client in Foster City, CA that is seeking a Contingent Workforce Recruiter. Responsibilities:

Dedicated recruiter to direct source for contingent roles
Source via LinkedIn and utilize our internal job boards to manage applicants
Support all operations related to the interview lifecycle
Manage the recruitment process, vetting resumes and submitting resumes to managers
Work with coordinator for scheduling interviews via zoom and in person interviews
Provide support for interview scheduling on a case by case basis
Assist managers with the contractor onboarding process
Extend offers and engaging supplier partners when applicable
Responsible for follow up emails to all candidates based on requisition status
Bachelor's degree preferred
4+ years of experience as an Account Manager/Recruiter supporting contract recruiting
Experience supporting technical and engineering roles preferred
Strong understanding of contingent workforce guidelines and best practices
Strong understanding of contingent workforce risk and compliance strategies
Experience managing supplier partners and demonstrated negotiation skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Must be comfortable working with all aspects of Google Suite applications
