Contingent Workforce Coordinator

Kforce's client is looking for a highly organized and proactive Coordinator to join the Contingent Workforce team in Foster City, CA. This role will focus on interview scheduling and candidate coordination (approximately 60%), while also supporting contingent workforce administration and program operations (approximately 40%). The Contingent Workforce Coordinator will partner closely with internal hiring teams and external vendors to help ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process. Responsibilities: Scheduling & Coordination:
- Coordinate high-volume interview scheduling, including onsite, virtual, and phone interviews
- Partner with hiring managers, recruiters, vendors, and CW Specialists to align interview schedules and timelines
- Manage communications related to interview logistics and scheduling changes
- Monitor scheduling activity to help ensure interview targets and timelines are met
- Troubleshoot scheduling conflicts and provide timely resolutions
- Identify opportunities to improve scheduling processes and the overall candidate experience
- Support SOW onboarding/Offboarding
- Manage extensions, and other contingent worker lifecycle activities
- Assist with reporting, audits, documentation, and program tracking
- Provide administrative support for contingent workforce operations and special projects as needed
- Assist with additional contingent workforce program tasks as needed
- 5+ years of experience supporting recruiting, staffing, HR, or contingent workforce operations in a fast-paced environment
- 5+ years of experience coordinating interviews, onboarding activities, or workforce operations across multiple stakeholders
- Strong organization and prioritization skills
- Self-starter with a sense of urgency and strong attention to detail
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Lever or similar applicant tracking systems nice to have
- Experience with vendor management systems preferred
- Ability to adapt quickly to change and remain professional under pressure
- Strong relationship-building skills with both vendors and internal teams
