We're looking for an Assistant Manager to join our team in Norwell, MA . This is your chance to take on a leadership role, drive results, and help shape an exceptional guest experience every single day.
Job Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in high-volume restaurant management
- A genuine passion for developing and mentoring people
- Proven track record of achieving strong financial results
- High degree of honesty, integrity, and a guest-oriented philosophy
- Open availability, including nights and weekends
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Job Responsibilities
As the Assistant Manager in Weymouth, MA , you will:
- Ensure the restaurant consistently delivers the highest standards of service
- Inspire and guide the team to provide outstanding guest experiences in every interaction
- Support the recruitment, scheduling, training, and development of team members
- Mentor staff with precision and care to build a cohesive, high-performing team
- Independently address and resolve conflicts as they arise in the restaurant
- Dedicate the majority of your time to hands-on managerial leadership
- Partner with the Restaurant Manager to drive sales and overall business performance
