Details for   the Paralegal position:

• $40k-55k / Year
• Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire 
• Zero Fees - you’ll never be charged for any screening service

Job Duties for the  Paralegal position:

• Draft, review, and format legal documents including pleadings, motions, contracts, discovery responses, subpoenas, and correspondence
• Conduct legal and factual research using online databases and other resources
• Organize and maintain physical and electronics case files
• Assist attorneys with case management, deadlines and scheduling
• Prepare trial notebooks, exhibits, witness lists, and other litigation materials
• Coordinate with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and third-party vendors
• File legal documents with courts and administrative agencies, ensuring compliance with procedures
• Summarize depositions, discovery materials and case records
• Track billable time and assist with billing as required
• Maintain confidentiality and always adhere to ethical and legal standards

Qualifications, desired skills and experience for the  Paralegal position:

• Associate or bachelor's degree in paralegal studies or a related field, or equivalent legal experience
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a paralegal or legal assistant
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal research platforms
• Exhibits professional judgement and discretion 
• Shows highly organized behaviors with effective time-management skills
• Ability to stand for duration of shift
• Can work autonomously and as part of a legal team
