Doug Anderson Plumbing and Heating is hiring a full-time Customer Service Coordinator - Trade Office in Billerica, MA!Want to know what you're getting into? Let's break it down.Quick Overview:Pay: Earn up to $28 per hourSchedule: 8 am-5 pm, Monday through FridayBenefits: Enjoy a comprehensive benefits package including health and dental coverage, vacation time, training opportunities, engaging small company events, steady hours, supportive management, and company-provided gear.Your Role As an Customer Service Coordinator - Trade Office:You'll manage customer communications, scheduling, and follow-ups to ensure excellent service from first contact to follow-upManage incoming leads from various channels (Google, Thumbtack, Angi, phone calls, texts, chats)Respond promptly to inquiries and book service appointmentsSchedule appointments in ServiceTitan and make confirmation calls for the next day's appointmentsProactively reach out to existing customers to schedule maintenance and recurring servicesCommunicate professionally with customers via phone, text, email, and chatMaintain accurate customer records and job details in ServiceTitanMonitor multiple communication channels while ensuring timely responsesOrganize follow-ups and manage the office email inboxAssist with general administrative tasks as neededQualifications:Professional phone skillsStrong oral and written communication skillsExcellent customer service skillsComfortable booking and rebooking appointments, and guiding customers through decisionsAbility to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environmentConfidence using scheduling and office software (ServiceTitan experience is a plus)Self-motivated with strong follow-throughMust have plumbing/heating/AC office work experience, NO MEDICAL or DENTAL backgroundWhat Sets Us Apart?We are a thriving local company grounded in integrity, reliability, and community engagement.
