Remote Health Plan Support Advocate
Wipro Technologies
Wipro Technologies is seeking a Customer Service Representative (remote) to support health plan members from our Tampa operations. The role involves handling 50–70 calls daily with empathetic guidance and issue escalation to appropriate teams.
