Project Manager

Duration: 12+ Months Rate : $55/hr on W2 Job Specifications : Schedule M-F, 7:00 - 3:30 this will vary with the role. OT not required. Home location is 1501 Paramount Drive; the majority of the work will be happening at our data centre location in Mt. Pleasant. Job Specific Requirements : Manage projects following project processes and where applicable under direction from a Sr. Project Manager Complete project per the contractual requirements within budget, on-time and with a high level of customer satisfaction Responsible for the overall financial performance of assigned projects including project planning, billing, revenue forecasting, A/R collections, and re-estimating costs of installation projects. Manage the delivery of the contracted scope and secure change orders for the expansion of scope Coordinate project materials and the use of shared resources; identify resource constraints, and assist with corrective action plans to remedy any issues Manage relationships with sub-contractors, identifying issues, and take corrective action plans to remedy any issues Experience in Construction, HVAC and/or Building Automation Windows & Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Project and Access Self-starter, be able to organize and plan work schedules Work well in a team environment Problem solving, planning and project management skills Read contract documents and design drawings to understand the scope of work English written and verbal communication skills General knowledge of employment laws and practices Project financial reporting Skill Level - 3 - 5 years of relevant experience #J-18808-Ljbffr Indotronix International Corporation
