$1849.60/week - Job Summary: Provide specialized physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility, focusing on restoring and improving mobility, strength, and functional ability. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Responsibilities: Assess patients’ physical conditions and develop personalized treatment strategies. Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients’ mobility and functionality. Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed. Educate patients and their families on exercises, mobility techniques, and recovery goals. Document patient outcomes and maintain accurate treatment records. Comply with all regulatory and safety standards while delivering quality care. Qualifications: Valid state license or certification as a Physical Therapist. Proven experience working in a skilled nursing or similar facility preferred. Strong knowledge of orthopedic, neurological, and geriatric therapies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
