Accounting Assistant – Contract (3–6 Months)

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to support a busy office on a 3–6 month contract basis. This is a great opportunity to step into a fast-paced environment and make an immediate impact.

$20 per hour

What you’ll be doing:

• Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) support
• Accurate data entry and record maintenance
• Assisting with customer inquiries via phone and email
• General administrative and office support as needed
• Helping keep day-to-day accounting operations running smoothly

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in accounting or administrative support
• Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail
• Comfortable handling phone and email communication with customers
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities
• Dependable, professional, and willing to jump in where needed
