Sub-Arc Welder Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $25.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday )

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform submerged arc welding on structural steel beams, girders, and components
• Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and shop drawings
• Set up and operate Sub-Arc welding equipment safely and efficiently
• Inspect welds to ensure quality standards and specifications are met
• Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines 

Sub-Arc Welder Qualifications:

Qualifications:

• Previous Sub-Arc welding experience required
• Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols
• Knowledge of structural steel fabrication processes preferred
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Willingness to work overtime as needed Work Environment Fabrication shop setting in Decatur, AL Physically active role requiring standing, lifting, and working with heavy materials
