An open, positive attitude about learning the Epic system. A commitment to providing excellent care to patients. Description: The Home Health PT role involves treating patients in their homes. The average number of patients treated per day is 5-6. Patient types include general ortho (hips, knees), generalized weakness, strengthening, and cardiac rehab. The therapist will work with various counties and their coverage will depend on residency. Self-scheduling is permitted for PTs to adjust patients' appointments based on area. There are no weekend or holiday requirements for this position. The dress code includes navy scrubs or khaki bottoms with a navy polo. The charting system used is EPIC. Collaboration with 4 rehabilitation aides is part of the role. The ideal candidate will be adaptable and eager to learn. This position provides an opportunity for impactful patient care in a home health setting.
