Dental Office Manager

About 1.5 years ago, we made the decision to drop insurance contracts and build a model focused on proactive health, elevated patient experiences, exceptional team culture, and long-term sustainability. We believe dentistry should celebrate health — not profit from sickness. Our practice has grown into a highly respected fee-for-service office with an incredible team culture, advanced technology, and a passionate mission centered around elevating hygienists, supporting ideal patient care, and creating a better future for dentistry. We are now searching for the right Office Manager with Dental Experience to help lead the next stage of growth. About the Role This is not a traditional dental office manager position. We are looking for someone who can combine: leadership accountability emotional intelligence operational execution systems thinking business understanding team development The ideal candidate understands how to help organizations grow without losing culture. You will work directly alongside Dr. Brian Edwards to help execute vision, improve systems, strengthen accountability, support team growth, and help ensure operational consistency across the practice. Our office currently has 12 fantastic team members and a strong cultural foundation. The opportunity now is improving follow-through, communication, leadership structure, KPI tracking, training systems, and operational execution. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in growth-oriented environments and wants to help build something meaningful instead of simply maintaining the status quo.
