Physical Medicine and Rehab - Physician

Concentra is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Physiatrist (PM&R) to join our team as a 1099 independent contractor in Phoenix, AZ. This highly flexible, part-time opportunity requires just two 4-hour weekday clinic sessions per month, making it an ideal complement to a private practice, interventional spine practice, hospital-based role, or other employed position.

In this role, you will provide outpatient musculoskeletal and rehabilitation-focused care, including:

• Evaluation and management of work-related musculoskeletal injuries and conditions
• Functional assessments and treatment planning to support recovery and return-to-work goals
• Non-operative management of spine, joint, nerve, and soft tissue conditions
• Coordination of care with physical therapy providers and interdisciplinary care teams
• Ongoing follow-up care focused on maximizing function, recovery, and patient outcomes
