Warehouse Manager

ASV is a full-service experiential design, fabrication, and event production company based in Torrance, California. We specialize in custom fabrication, trade shows, corporate events, brand activations, graphics, logistics, and on-site installation. We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager who can lead the team, maintain organization, manage inventory and assets, and coordinate closely with Project Management, Production, and Operations. Job Summary The Warehouse Manager oversees daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory, staging, shipping, returns, and equipment. This role manages custom-fabricated elements, client-owned inventory, rental assets, event materials, and warehouse staff. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Operational Leadership & Management Supervise, train, and schedule warehouse staff, ensuring productivity, safety, and workflow efficiency. Develop and implement warehouse procedures, including receiving, inventory control, packing, staging, and shipping. Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring accuracy, organization, and preparedness for upcoming events. Inventory & Asset Management Manage the receiving, tracking, and organization of all inventory, including event props, technology, and marketing materials. Lead routine inventory audits, reconcile discrepancies, and provide reporting to management. Ensure all assets are properly maintained, clean, functional, and event-ready. Logistics Coordination Oversee pick, pack, and staging processes for event assets; verify accuracy against pack lists. Manage truck loading/unloading operations, ensuring safe handling and correct documentation. Coordinate scheduling and asset preparation with logistics coordinators, event producers, and project teams. Maintain documentation related to shipping, returns, damages, and inventory updates. Facility & Equipment Oversight Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized warehouse environment. Oversee routine equipment checks, maintenance schedules, and repairs; ensure issues are addressed promptly. Enforce safety standards and compliance with warehouse regulations. On-Site Support Occasionally travel to event sites to supervise or support setup, breakdown, and logistics execution when needed. Experience & Qualifications 3-5+ years of warehouse, logistics, inventory, or operations experience. Minimum 2 years of warehouse supervisory or management experience. Experience with receiving, shipping, inventory control, staging, and warehouse organization. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities. Comfortable using spreadsheets, inventory systems, and project-management tools. Valid driver's license. Forklift experience or certification preferred. Preferred Experience Experience in events, trade shows, exhibits, scenic fabrication, AV, production, staging, or another project-based industry is strongly preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
