Job Description\n American Traveler is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a travel nursing job in South Weymouth, Massachusetts.Job Description & Requirements\n \n Specialty: Labor and Delivery\n Discipline: RN\n Start Date: 10/19/2026\n Duration: 13 weeks\n 36 hours per week\n Shift: 12 hours, nights\n Employment Type: Travel\n \n Assignment Overview\n \n Shift: Nights, 3x12hrs\n Hours: 36 hrs/wk\n Start Date: Oct 19, 2026\n Length: 13 weeks\n Openings: 4\n Description\n American Traveler is hiring a Registered Nurse for a Labor and Delivery position requiring 2+ years of circulating experience and active MA RN licensure.Details\n \n Work in the Birthing Unit of a hospital setting\n Night shift schedule with flexible hours of 36, 40, or 48 hours per week\n 36-hour schedule consists of 3x12-hour night shifts from 7pm-7:30am\n 40-hour schedule consists of 2x12-hour night shifts (7pm-7am) plus 2x8-hour shifts\n No on-call responsibilities\n Uses Epic EMR\n Requirements\n \n Active MA RN license required (temporary license accepted)\n Minimum 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience required\n Circulating experience required\n Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NRP\n Recent EFM certification at least intermediate level required\n Epic EMR experience required\n Medical and religious COVID exemptions accepted if documentation provided at time of consideration\n Additional Information\n \n Provide nursing care in the Labor and Delivery/Birthing Unit\n Preferred but not required certifications include ALSO (Advanced Life Support for Obstetrics), NCC Perinatal Certifications (Maternal Newborn Nursing Level I, Postpartum or Inpatient Obstetric Nursing), and First Latch breastfeeding certification\n Blue scrubs recommended though no strict color requirement\n No more than 7 days of RTO allowed during the assignment\n Local candidates accepted at a reduced rate within 50 miles of the facility\n Former permanent staff are not eligible to return as travelers at this facility\n \n \n American Traveler Job ID #P-758705.
