Job Details Travel Nurse RN – Oncology in Raleigh, North Carolina. Specialty: Oncology Discipline: RN Start Date: 07/27/2026 Duration: 13 weeks Hours: 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Requirements Active RN license in North Carolina Degree from an accredited nursing program BLS & ACLS certifications Eighteen months recent experience in an acute care oncology setting Additional client‑specified requirements as needed Duties & Responsibilities The Oncology RN will provide comprehensive care to cancer patients throughout all stages of their conditions, with a focus on the acute phase. Responsibilities include: Administer chemotherapy and other treatments. Assess and monitor patient progress, adjusting care plans as needed. Educate patients and families about treatment options, procedures, and disease specifics. Support patients from post‑surgical recovery to near‑terminal care. Specialize in pediatric hematology/oncology or breast cancer as required.
