As a Small Market Vehicle Route Driver - NO CDL Required, you'll keep Viking Coca-Cola's products moving smoothly across St. Clouddelivering the right order, on time, with standout customer service. This role exists to protect service quality on every stop and keep accounts stocked and satisfied.

Key responsibilities:

• Complete pre-trip inspections and operate safely and defensively
• Deliver product, unload, and build clean, appealing merchandise displays
• Collect payments, manage inventory, and complete accurate route paperwork
• Use handheld route-management technology to track deliveries and invoicing

Required knowledge & skills:

• Satisfactory completion of Motor Vehicle Check
• Strong knowledge of traffic laws, defensive driving, and DOT/safety compliance
• Clear written skills, organization, and basic math for invoicing
• Excellent verbal/interpersonal communication

Your daily run kicks off early (typically 4:00 AM), setting the pace for a high-energy day on the road. You'll get your route rolling, cruise through St. Cloud, and feel the momentum of steady stops and quick problem-solving. Between accounts, you'll balance speed with precisionkeeping your flow tight, your customer interactions upbeat, and your focus locked on delivering a smooth experience. As the day wraps, you'll close out your route, confirm everything is accounted for, and head out knowing you helped power another winning day for local customers.
