Role Description The Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Jackson, MS, responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations across one or more locations. This role includes leading and developing associates, managing staffing and scheduling, and ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality food and guest service. The Operations Manager monitors operational performance, including sales, costs, and inventory, and implements process improvements to meet financial and service goals. Responsibilities also include maintaining safety, cleanliness, and compliance standards, coaching teams on company policies, and supporting training and development programs. The role requires frequent presence on the restaurant floor, active problem‑solving, and close collaboration with restaurant leadership and corporate support teams. Qualifications Operational management skills, including experience overseeing day-to-day restaurant or retail operations and coordinating multiple shifts or locations. Leadership and people management abilities, such as supervising teams, providing coaching and feedback, and supporting development and performance management. Customer service and hospitality skills, with a focus on building positive guest experiences, resolving issues promptly, and modeling a service-oriented attitude. Basic financial and analytical skills, including understanding of budgets, cost control, sales performance, and use of data to drive operational improvements. Organizational and problem-solving skills, including effective time management, prioritization, and the ability to address operational challenges quickly. Strong communication skills for working with associates, customers, and cross-functional partners, both verbally and in writing. Experience in restaurant, food service, or retail operations is highly beneficial; prior multi‑unit or supervisory experience is a plus. Ability to work on-site with a flexible schedule, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
