State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents' employees are not employees of State Farm. Agents are responsible for and make all employment decisions regarding their employees.
Role Description
Liza Faress State Farm Agency is searching for a competitive Producer who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. If you are energetic, goal-oriented, and sales-minded, we are excited to harness your talents in this rewarding opportunity to build your career.
Responsibilities
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
- Work alongside your agency's team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.
Qualifications
- Sales experience preferred
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
- Ability to effectively relate to a customer
- Property & Casualty license required
- Life & Health license preferred
Benefits
- Hourly plus commission/bonus
- Paid time off
Compensation: $35,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
