State Farm Insurance Agency located in Henderson / Las Vegas, NV is seeking an outgoing, friendly, and career-oriented professional to join our team. Personal Lines and/or P&C license is a must, life/health license is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Call warm leads, develop quotes that match the needs of prospective customers, and employ a tactical follow-up plan to write/earn new business.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.

Requirements:

• Property and Casualty license (must have currently)
• Life and Health license (must be able to obtain within 90 days)
• Able to work in a team environment and toward a common goal
• Able to multi-task
• Ability to effectively relate to a customer
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
• Self-motivated
• Detail oriented
• Proactive in problem solving (Critical Thinker)
• Dedicated to customer service

• We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Business Insurance, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
• Our office is located in Henderson, NV.
• Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Field Executive.
• We currently have 6 team members at our agency.
