Key Responsibilities: As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the vital link between customers and the service department, ensuring an exceptional experience from start to finish: Greet customers and identify their vehicle service needs. Build strong relationships by addressing concerns and providing expert guidance. Oversee quality control to ensure service excellence. Communicate updates to customers regarding vehicle status. Promote additional services and retail opportunities. Coordinate with technicians for timely and accurate service completion. Uphold ethical business practices and a professional image. Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you should have: A high school diploma or equivalent. A valid driver’s license with a clean record. Accredited training in service advisor skills, customer satisfaction, and quality control. Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor. Fluency in English and strong communication skills.
