About the Role:
As an Automotive Sales Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to develop strong client relationships and provide tailored product solutions that align with customers' needs and expectations. You'll play a key role in ensuring a positive customer experience while contributing to the dealership's overall success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-lasting relationships to develop aloyal clientele.
• Consultative Selling: Assist customers in selecting vehicles by asking insightfulquestions and actively listening to their needs.
• Product Knowledge: Continuously develop expertise in vehicle offerings, optionalpackages, and the latest automotive technologies.
• Vehicle Demonstrations: Conduct high-quality, professional demonstrations of new andused vehicles.
• Follow-Up: Maintain contact withbuyers to ensure satisfaction and encourage referral business.
• Sales Excellence: Overcome objections and thrive in sales situations,consistently achieving sales targets.
• Ethical Conduct: Conductall business activities in an ethical and professional manner.
• Reporting: Report directly to theSales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, and performancereviews.
• Professional Appearance: Maintain a professional appearance as per dealership policies.
• Positive Attitude: Bring a positive attitude and energy to the team every day.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including Saturdays.
• Ambition and a self-starter mentality with a desire for success.
• Ability to quickly learn and retain product information.
• Strong communication skills for effective customer and teaminteractions.
• Professional, well-groomed appearance.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Compensation & Pay Plans:
We offer two flexible pay plans that you can choose from when starting:

• Draw/Commission Pay Plan: A more performance-based plan where your earnings are tied toyour sales success.
• Protected Salary Pay Plan: Available during your probationary period, this plan providesguaranteed income while you transition into the role.

Additionally, we offer:

• Bonus Opportunities: Earn monthly bonuses, spiffs, and commissions, with pay plansdesigned to exceed industry standards.
• Sign On Bonus: $500.00Total. ($250.00 paid after 30 days of employment, $250.00 paid uponcompletion of 90 Day Probationary Period).
