Sr. Financial Analyst

The Financial Analyst for ARS Brands, Inc., will support financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and operational analysis across a growing multi-unit Quick Service Restaurant platform. The ideal candidate combines strong financial modeling skills with a curiosity for understanding business drivers and a desire to partner with operational leaders to improve performance. This position offers significant exposure to executive leadership and the opportunity to influence key business decisions related to restaurant operations, growth initiatives, and profitability improvement. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Support the annual budgeting process and monthly forecasting cycles. Assist in developing long-range financial plans and strategic business models. Prepare financial analyses to support operational and investment decisions. Maintain and improve forecasting models for sales, labor, food costs, and restaurant profitability. Reporting & Analysis Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly management reporting packages. Analyze actual results versus budget, forecast, and prior-year performance. Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through detailed financial analysis. Develop dashboards and KPI reporting for executive and operational leadership teams. Partner with Operations leadership to analyze store-level performance. Monitor key metrics including: Same-store sales Guest traffic and average check Labor productivity Food and paper costs EBITDA performance Growth & Strategic Analysis Assist with new restaurant development and site selection analysis. Build ROI and payback models for growth initiatives and capital investments. Evaluate menu pricing, promotional effectiveness, and operational initiatives. Support Board, lender, and investor reporting requirements. Process Improvement Automate recurring reports and improve reporting efficiency. Develop and maintain Power BI or similar reporting tools. Partner with Accounting and Finance to improve financial reporting accuracy and consistency. Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field. 5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, accounting, or a related analytical role. Strong financial modeling and Excel skills. Experience analyzing large datasets and developing actionable business insights. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Experience supporting restaurant, retail, hospitality, consumer, or multi-unit businesses. Familiarity with key restaurant operating metrics and store-level P&Ls. Experience with Power BI, or other business intelligence tools.
