Job Title

Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN)

Kremmling, CO | Critical Access Hospital – Emergency Department

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Night Shift | Expected 3 x 12-hour shifts per week plus 2 on-call shifts | Holiday and on-call availability required

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and coordinate patient care from admission to discharge in the Emergency Department
• Utilize accepted standards and protocols including ACLS , PALS (or equivalent) , TNCC , and BLS
• Drive achievement of patient outcomes through implementation of clinical pathways
• Provide care in a Trauma Level IV Critical Access Hospital setting
• Participate in holiday and on-call rotations as required

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification
• Current PALS (or equivalent) certification
• Current TNCC certification
• All time-off requests must be disclosed during the interview process

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a Critical Access Hospital (CAH) setting
• Emergency Department nursing experience in a rural or mountain community environment
• Familiarity with Trauma Level IV protocols and workflows
