Patient Services Coordinator

Provide support in daily administrative operations Provide administrative support for the office, including answering telephones, coordinating and scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements Reassign employees as necessary to cover required workload Resolve routine problems in the business office Oversee sorting and prioritizing incoming mail Respond to non-clinical patient inquiries and advise patients and/or guardians regarding accounts Research specific account issues when necessary and advise management on patient satisfaction issues Handle payroll documentation and processing Contact vendors for equipment repair or routine service and forward proposals/quotes to management for approval Maintain adequate levels of office supplies Conduct orientation and in-service training for support staff Maintain petty cash fund and submit reimbursement documents when applicable Assist with accounts receivable issues, including claim rejections, charge corrections, billing edits, and collections of old balances Perform other duties as assigned Requirements High School diploma or equivalent Two (2) years related experience Basic computer skills Data entry skills Knowledge of office equipment Mathematical skills Core Competencies Demonstrates strong administrative support capabilities, including effective communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Proficient in handling payroll documentation, accounts receivable issues, and maintaining office supplies.
