Our company mission is simple: Save coaches and administrators time with everything they do off the field so they have more time to impact young lives on it.Job DescriptionWork Type: OnsiteLocation Details: 5349 W 76th St, Indianapolis, IN 46268Work Hours: Monday – Friday; 6:00am - 2:30pmMandatory overtime, which may include some Saturdays and Sundays.How You Will Make An ImpactAs a member of the Warehouse team, the Warehouse Associate is a critical role within our warehouse department, and the Inventory Control department is responsible for making sure all inventory is accounted for accurately and placed in the most efficient locations for the Distribution Center's flow.What You Will DoWarehouse Associates ensure products are stocked, selected, packed, and shipped to customers. You'll work in one of the following roles: Inventory Control or Carousel Picking. General responsibilities include:Receiving, picking, sorting, and labeling ordersPacking, folding, and arranging garmentsScanning shipping orders, and inputting into inventory systemResearching and correcting displaced, mislabeled, and missing products, performing replenishments, cycle counts, stock checks, and resolving inventory and order discrepanciesQualificationsHigh energy, great attitude, and aptitude for leadershipGreat attention to detail and organization skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsComputer literate with knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft OfficeAbility to work in a structured and process-oriented environmentAbility to multi-task and problem-solveAbility to work seasonal mandatory OT as needed and maintain excellent attendanceAbility to effectively communicate and comprehend in EnglishLearn tasks quickly, accuracy driven, personable, team oriented, and punctual with excellence in attendanceAbility to add, subtract multiply and divide numbersEducation/ ExperiencePrevious warehouse experience is a plusBilingual (English/Spanish) is a plusAt least 2-3 years of continued work experienceSAP experience is strongly preferredMust be very comfortable with Microsoft Office, with extensive experience with Microsoft ExcelPhysical RequirementsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand for long periods of time. Repetitive movement of the body is required on a regular basis. The position requires lifting of no less than 15-50 lbs. on a regular basis from floor to waist. Finger and hand dexterity and ability to read text on a screen.
