Paralegal

We are hiring a full-time, in-office Paralegal to support a busy plaintiff-side employment litigation practice. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in managing litigation matters from case intake through trial preparation. Responsibilities Provide litigation support to a team of attorneys. Draft, file, and serve legal documents in state and federal courts. Manage court deadlines and maintain litigation calendars. Coordinate court appearances, depositions, and hearings. Prepare hearing and trial binders. Organize and maintain client and case files. Assist with case management throughout all phases of litigation. Qualifications 2-5 years of paralegal experience in a law firm. Paralegal certificate preferred. Experience in employment litigation preferred. Class action litigation experience is a plus. Fully bilingual in Spanish and English (written and verbal).
