This is a full‑time role for a Brand Protection Advisor in Chicago, IL . As a Brand Protection Advisor, you’ll deliver on‑site evaluations, coaching, and insights that elevate food safety, guest experience, workplace safety, and operational excellence. You’ll partner with clients to identify risks, reinforce brand standards, and drive continuous improvement, making a measurable impact on public health and customer satisfaction. How You’ll Make an Impact Conduct brand protection visits at client locations using consulting, coaching, and training to meet client expectations and program requirements. Develop and deliver summary presentations of assessment findings, improvement areas, and recommendations to client leadership. Partner with other EcoSure and Ecolab teams to solve client challenges. Complete a budgeted number of visits each week while delivering an exceptional client experience. Utilize an iPad, Microsoft Suite, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) technology to ensure efficient planning and perform essential job functions. Support the growth initiatives of our company and our clients. Adhere to HIPAA guidelines (where applicable) while completing visits in hotels, restaurants, convenience stores, the education sector, healthcare, and senior living facilities. Position Details Candidate must reside within a commutable distance of Chicago, IL . Percentage of overnight travel required: 100% . Work occasional evenings, weekends, and overtime as business needs dictate. Obtaining ServSafe and/or CP‑FS certification(s) may be a condition of continued employment. Two years of hospitality industry‑related experience. Current, valid driver’s license with no restrictions. Must be 21 years of age or older. No immigration sponsorship available for this position. Physical Requirements of Position Ability to handle, touch, and potentially consume food made with animal products and/or allergens. Lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds. Inspecting client playgrounds by climbing, crawling in tight areas, and descending tubes/lifts. Bending, squatting, shifting, and adjusting movement to assess low and high areas. Standing and walking for extended periods in client locations. Driving and/or flying to client locations, with proper documentation (e.g., Real ID). Driving a company‑paid vehicle as required. Compensation is based on experience, education, training, geography, and other factors. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
