Attorney Assistant

A well-established law firm is seeking a full-time Criminal Legal Assistant for our Kissimmee office. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and professional phone etiquette are essential. Candidates must be flexible and available to work until 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred. Compensation Starting pay is $16.00 - $18.00 per hour , based on experience. This role requires managing a high volume of administrative tasks while acting as a primary point of contact for clients. The ideal candidate is organized, able to multitask, and comfortable working with sensitive and confidential information. Key Responsibilities Answer and manage high-volume incoming calls from clients and potential clients Provide information and quote legal fees for criminal cases Assist attorneys with case preparation, file management, and documentation Perform data entry and maintain accurate client records Coordinate with clients regarding case status, court dates, and required documents Handle clerical criminal case work and general administrative duties Provide direct day-to-day support to attorneys If you are interested in joining our team, please respond to this posting with your resume attached.
