About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director of Education to provide strategic, administrative, and programmatic leadership for a comprehensive range of educational services. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating culturally responsive programs that support academic achievement, career readiness, and community well-being. This includes overseeing educational programs from early learning to postsecondary education, workforce development, and lifelong learning. The Executive Director will also lead initiatives that promote family engagement, youth leadership, and the integration of tribal history, language, and cultural values into educational curricula and activities. Applicants must have a Master's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 7 years' experience in education or a related human-services field, with a strong background in program administration and management. The role requires advanced knowledge of educational program administration, including experience with IEP and SST processes, student support planning, and collaboration with educational stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in budget management, grant oversight, and staff supervision, as well as the ability to build and maintain productive relationships with the community. Experience working with Native American or tribal communities and a deep understanding of the cultural and educational needs of the Wilton Rancheria Tribal community are highly valued.
