What You’ll Do Build and strengthen relationships with construction companies, contractors, and decision-makers throughout your territory. Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, community involvement, phone outreach, meetings, and job site visits. Learn about each client’s workforce needs and recommend staffing solutions that support their success. Present Signature Labor Services’ staffing services with professionalism and confidence. Develop new client partnerships while nurturing long-term relationships with existing accounts. Serve as a trusted resource and primary point of contact for your clients. Collaborate closely with recruiting and operations to ensure clients receive qualified workers quickly and efficiently. Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify additional ways we can support their business. Track sales activity, account growth, and business development efforts using company tools. Represent Signature Labor Services with integrity, professionalism, and a customer-first mindset. What We’re Looking For 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, customer success, staffing, recruiting, business development, or a related field. Experience in construction, staffing, skilled trades, or workforce solutions is helpful but not required. A natural ability to build relationships, communicate effectively, and earn clients’ trust. Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills. Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a supportive, team-oriented culture.
