Whether you need carpet and floor cleaning, upholstery cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, water or storm damage restoration, mold mitigation, air duct cleaning, or odor removal, we have the expertise and advanced techniques to deliver exceptional results.Cleaning Technician Job SummaryIndependently perform Residential and Commercial carpet cleaning, tile & grout cleaning, upholstery cleaning, strip & wax, and occasionally assist with water extraction and restoration services.Cleaning Technician ResponsibilitiesEffectively perform Carpet & Floor Cleaning and Restoration services the company offers (Opportunities exist to earn Mold Mitigation; Fire & Water Damage Restoration certifications and experience quickly). Compensation levels will reflect the experience level of the technician. Hourly rate increases as experience and certifications are gained in water mitigation, mold, trauma scene, and asbestos certifications are added. Commissions are possible on top of hourly rate.Complete appropriate cleaning and restoration documentation and authorizations.Communicate effectively with customers.Perform basic equipment maintenance.Perform basic vehicle maintenance.Inspect completed work.Maintain appearance and stock of appropriate tools, materials, and supplies for company vehicles.Maintain inventory of related supplies.Willing to learn and work with the newest equipment and technology in the industry.Willing to hold self and others accountable for maintaining company standards.CompensationHourly pay with attractive bonus and commission incentivesCleaning & Restoration Technician Qualifications and ExperienceEducation and Experience: High school diploma (or GED).Mathematical Skills: Adequate math skills.
