Emprime Solutions LLC is looking for a reliable and professional Concierge to provide excellent service to residents and guests while helping maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming property.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents and guests with general requests.

• Sort and organize packages by building and apartment number.

• Keep the package room clean and organized.

• Maintain and restock coffee stations.

• Restock dog treats, gym towels, wipes, and other amenity supplies.

• Wash, fold, and restock gym towels.

• Monitor supplies and notify management when items are running low.

• Return shared equipment to its designated location.

• Complete and sign the daily checklist.

• Report property needs or concerns to management.

Schedule

Monday–Sunday, 12:00 PM–8:00 PM

The schedule will be shared among approximately 3 employees , with each employee working 2–3 days per week .

Qualifications

• Reliable, professional, and customer-service oriented.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Previous concierge, hospitality, customer service, or property experience preferred.

• Ability to work independently and maintain a clean and organized environment.
