Inside Sales Rep Details:

• Direct hire position
• $37,000.00 to $52,000.00 / annually
• Full time work available
• First shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 04:00pm)

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors and customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
• Generate new business while managing an existing customer portfolio.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate order processing and delivery.
• Stay informed on industry trends to better support customer needs.

Inside Sales Rep Qualifications:

• Previous sales or customer service experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and priorities.
• Basic computer proficiency and experience with office or sales software.
• HVAC or plumbing industry knowledge is preferred but willing to train motivated candidates.
