Labcorp seeks a Phlebotomy Site Coordinator to oversee Patient Service Center operations in The Villages, Florida. The role combines site management with hands-on phlebotomy, specimen processing, and customer service duties across a multi-site area.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee Patient Service Center activities across assigned area
• Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections for all age groups
• Monitor patient flow, wait times, inventory levels and compliance issues
• Process specimens, manage data entry, and handle billing and payments
• Address customer service issues and promote team communication

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 1 year of phlebotomy experience or accredited certification/training
• In-depth knowledge of phlebotomy techniques and procedures
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in team settings
• Pass standardized color blindness test
• Reliable transportation; flexibility for overtime
