Right now, we are looking for candidates in the Santa Fe area to lead a team of insurance professionals and help customers protect their homes, cars, lives, and retirement incomes. You'll be responsible for the creation and implementation of the agency’s policies and procedures when it comes to benefits, compensation, morale, and staff development/training.
