Must-Have Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) and Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes in SAP S/4HANA.

• Expertise in pricing configuration and condition techniques.

• Hands-on experience with EDI and IDOC integrations.

• Strong understanding of OTC Finance (FI) integration.

• Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to lead functional discussions and work independently.

Preferred Skills

• Global SAP S/4HANA rollout experience.

• SAP certification in SD or S/4HANA.

• Experience coordinating with ABAP, FI, MM, and integration teams.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end OTC processes in SAP S/4HANA, including order management, delivery, billing, returns, and credit management.

• Design and configure complex pricing scenarios using condition techniques, discounts, and rebates.

• Manage EDI integrations for orders, advance shipping notices (ASN), and invoices using IDOCs and middleware.

• Conduct fit-gap analysis and lead functional solution-design discussions.

• Collaborate with ABAP, FI, MM, and integration teams to deliver effective SAP solutions.

• Manage stakeholder expectations and support client-facing discussions.

• Mentor junior consultants and provide functional leadership.

• Support OTC process optimization and ensure alignment with business requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.

• Strong functional knowledge of SAP SD, SAP S/4HANA, and OTC business processes.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
